If you wish to learn more about baking in a true European convection oven, visit the Monogram Design Center while Chef Susanne Berne conducts a “Desserts for Holiday Entertaining” baking demo from 11:00am – 2:00pm. Honored as one of the Most Innovative Chefs at this year’s Greenwich Wine & Food Festival, Susanne Berne is the pastry chef for Match Burger Lobster (Westport) and Bianco Rosso Wine Bar & Restaurant (Wilton & Trumbull). She’ll be preparing Hot Chocolate Cakes with Bailey’s Creme Anglaise, Apple Cinnamon Profiteroles, and two ways to prepare festive Sugar Cookies.
