Overindulged for the holidays and need to reset or recharge your diet? Join us for a “Food For Wellness” cooking demonstration with Chef Melissa Eboli of Via Melissa. Melissa has a knack for re-creating traditionally unhealthy dishes and make them nutritious without losing its delicious flavor. Having food allergies of her own, she is keen on food substitutes and allergen friendly cooking overall. She’ll be preparing the following healthy yet hearty dishes:

  • Broiled Salmon with Dijon & Dill Sauce
  • Gluten Free Chicken Francese
  • Gluten Free/Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms
  • Honey-Sriacha Roasted Brussel Sprouts
